The Happy Ending has set its sights on bringing an upscale New York dive bar and an innovative version of classic “bar food” to Hollywood since October 2007. Located at 7038 West Sunset Boulevard, The Happy Ending is a welcome addition to a redefined Sunset Strip that prizes fun and comfort over exclusivity and pretension.  

Having spent time in the Los Angeles nightclub scene, Mario Guddemi and Salvatore Aurora saw the need for a place where people could gather, relax, and feel at home, away from the velvet rope, guest-list only scene that accompanies so many of Hollywood’s great establishments. And so The Happy Ending was conceived to provide an inviting hot spot for locals to frequent, establishing a sense of community in the neighborhood. 

Not only is The Happy Ending is the answer to LA's drab and uniform nightlife - but it is also is a haven for sports fans, New Yorkers (and those who wish they were), and those who enjoy comfort food with a good time - no strings attached. 

The Happy Endings gourmet take on “global comfort food” perfectly places it between a dive bar and a supper club. The concept is simple and straightforward – comfort food with a New York edge. Filet Mignon Sliders on pretzel rolls with blue cheese and carmelized onions, Buffalo Chicken Spring Rolls, 'Old School' Chicken Parmigiano - these are just a sampling of the innovative flavor combinations that keeps The Happy Ending customers coming back for more.
